Roots and Wings: Personal Development Program for School Children

Roots and Wings programme is for school children from class IX to XII.

Some individuals achieve success because they were able to exploit the opportunity that came their way, thanks to their education and life skills, while most others miss opportunities because either they could not notice them or were unprepared to make best use of them.

In fact, leadership is all about knowing about one’s own self and aligning one’s goals to his strengths. Our engagement with students is long term and we will improve the student’s development so that they thrive both in and outside the class.

Our aim is to ensure that our students identify their own strengths and build on them through a structured training plan. We will help them learn about themselves, challenge them to work on their Strengths and to be aware of and overcome their Shortcomings.

This program would be tailor made to the unique needs of each child. Learning would be incremental & focused and would complement the child’s formal learning at school. Also, we would endeavor to help students overcome their shortcomings and develop such a repertoire as would enable them to not only discover their calling, but also take meaningful steps to attain their goals, for their personal benefit as well as for the nation’s growth.
